The Studio Health app connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from Studio Health. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

As a Studio Health patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your Studio Health provider. Communicate with Studio Health in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.

Intuitive Design

The app is designed specifically for Studio Health patients and you cant use the app unless youre a Studio Health patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Studio Health uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
